The device operates automatically with neutron-activated 177Lu enriched targets. The process involves dissolving the target to obtain a 177Lu solution for radiolabeling, evaporating it to dryness, and re-dissolving the residue in a suitable solvent. Additionally, OCTOPUS can be used for simple radiolabeling with 177Lu. The device also provides the distribution of the product at the same time.

It is designed to achieve high extraction efficiency from the hybrid ampoule and to facilitate the fast processing of subsequent steps (formulation or simple labeling processes).
Automatic processing of neutron-irradiated targets.
The process includes dissolving the target, evaporating the dryness, and re-dissolving the residue in a suitable solvent for radiolabeling.
Simple labeling and distribution are available.
The system, operated with a PLC and I/O cards, communicates with a PC via an Ethernet cable.
The system enables full automation from the preparation of the sample before irradiation to complete processing after irradiation.
