The Filter Integrity Test Device is a compact, standalone benchtop unit that can fully automate the bubble point testing process for ventilated and non-ventilated sterilization filters commonly used in radiopharmaceutical quality control.

The Filter Integrity Test Device is designed to replace manual benchtop systems or manual methods for testing sterilization filters in order to activate the following processes.

The filter is wetted before the test to standardize the process, and it generates specifications that eliminate the need for product-specific bubble point pressure calibration.

Installation-independent results – If the filter test device is located slightly away from the test apparatus, there is no need to calibrate the pressure drop between the pressure gauge and the filter.
